We're manufacturers and suppliers of concrete in Bizkaia.
We were the first concrete manufacturer in Bizkaia. And we're more eager than ever.
Sustainable digitised concrete production
The manufacturing process is controlled and managed by software prepared for this type of activity. Achieving the utmost precision when weighing and dosing the different concrete components (aggregates, cement, water and additives). Minimising the risk of human error in the dosage calculation. This software also automatically corrects any deviations that may occur. All measuring and weighing elements are regularly checked and verified.
The installation has a fixed horizontal mixer, thus ensuring that the concrete loaded onto each truck is completely homogeneous.
The water we use to clean the plant and vehicles is used in its entirety, via the recycler, to produce concrete. This means that more than 90% of the water consumed by the plant leaves the plant in the form of product, and there is no direct discharge.
Types of concrete we offer
Reinforced Concrete
The concrete-steel bond provides high compressive and tensile strength.
Bulk Concrete
Concrete without internal steel reinforcement is used for compressive stresses, but not for high tensile loads.
Concrete by Dosage
Only a minimum cement content per m3 of concrete is guaranteed with this type of concrete.
Polished Concrete
Concrete that, thanks to special machinery, has a characteristic glossy finish that facilitates mobility.
Stamped Concrete (Stamped Pavement)
Resistant to traffic, temperature changes and UV rays. It is stamped with moulds that imitate different materials and is used for pavements, terraces, garages and swimming pools, among others.
High-Strength Concrete
It is called high-strength concrete when it exceeds 50 N/mm2 after 28 days of application. It is generally used for civil structures.
High Early Strength Concrete
It has very low water/cement ratios and allows stripping in only six hours, making it perfect for road and rail renovation projects.
Shotcrete (Gunite)
Shotcrete or gunite is applied with a hose and compressed air, to compact it tightly and achieve a high density in vertical, horizontal or even curved structures.
Self-Compacting Concrete
It is compacted by gravity due to its viscosity between the formwork and does not require mechanical assistance. Its composition includes less coarse aggregate, finer minerals and, in general, a smaller maximum aggregate size.
Fibre-Reinforced Concrete
Fibre-reinforced concrete serves to control cracking and shrinkage, reduce permeability and improve abrasion and impact resistance.
Pavement Concrete
It is characterised by its firmness and flexural strength. It is used in airports, motorways, streets and industrial buildings due to its durability.
Draining or Porous Concrete
It contains a low quantity of fine materials and a granular structure that forms channels to drain water. It is used on sports fields, terraces, car parks and urban grounds.
Cleaning Concrete
It has no structural function and is applied in a medium layer to avoid direct contact of the reinforced concrete with the soil and also to level the work surface.
Gravel Cement
Homogeneous mixture of fine aggregates, cement, water and additions mixed in a mixing plant. It is a suitable material for road surfacing and is used as a substitute for road sub-bases.
